Globalization and Space

People everywhere are skeptical about globalization, because, in theory it has potential to eliminate positive aspects of separation.

If our nation became globally integrated, as a whole, the dependencies and issues involved with the entire world, would be taken on by ours. Our economy would be affected by others, and our own American expectations would have to be fluid throughout the world.
Currently while our economy is crashing, and we are entering a recession, this is the worst time to become global citizens. Much like part of presidential candidate Barack Obama' s political platform, many believe becoming global citizen's in a global nation is a positive change.

The existing countries and ours have never found peace, an ally of ours once, is now an enemy, and that is constantly changing. We can not trust another nation to collaborate alongside ours in harmony. In terms of education, the American public school system is already extremely weak and in need of reform. Considering other nation's educational expectations would only give more students a disadvantage. Also, Social Security. America's set up of organizations like these does need change, but a change with such a grand set up, would produce catastrophic events.

Before America even can consider Globalization, the idea behind it ,and the details alongside it need to be considered on a large scale, down to every single citizen's benefit. Globalization is too radical for our society in this time, and has not been around nearly long enough to be a viable solution or phenomena for change.
